Terms and Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Reiki Bodywork website, make a booking, purchase a treatment or package, or communicate with us about our services.

Services

Reiki Bodywork provides in-person complementary wellbeing and bodywork services. Treatments are responsive to the client’s needs on the day but do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy, psychology or other professional healthcare. Please seek appropriate medical advice for health concerns or urgent symptoms.

Bookings and customer details

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and booking information. All appointments are local, in-person services. Availability depends on practitioner schedule and location. Reiki Bodywork may contact you when reasonably necessary to confirm or manage a booking.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. No GST is currently charged. Payment may be requested online through an available payment provider or by another method confirmed by Reiki Bodywork. A booking or package is not confirmed until any required payment or confirmation step is completed.

Packages, promotions and discounts

• 369 Re-Launch Package: three 60-minute sessions for $207 ($69 per session). Available to purchase during August only. Sessions expire on 30 September.
• Priority Pass: five 60-minute sessions for $500, valid for three months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Emergency Services and First Responders: 10% discount, available ongoing with valid identification presented.

Unless expressly agreed, packages, promotions and discounts cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or transferred. Expiry dates and conditions displayed at purchase form part of these terms.

Client care and conduct

Please disclose information reasonably relevant to the safe delivery of your treatment and advise us if you are unwell, injured, pregnant or receiving medical care. You may request that a technique stop or change at any time. Reiki Bodywork may decline or stop a treatment where safety, wellbeing or respectful conduct requires it.

Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

Our detailed Booking Policies apply to all appointments and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Website information and external services

We take reasonable care with website information but availability, prices and content may be updated. Links to Odoo, Stripe, WhatsApp, Google and social media services are governed by those providers’ terms and privacy practices.

Privacy

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
