Booking Policies

Please review these conditions before confirming an appointment. They apply to bookings made online, by phone, through WhatsApp or in person.

Locations and availability

  • Brotherhood Wellness: 4/4 Hutchinson Drive, Burleigh Heads. Mondays and Wednesdays, 6:00 am–6:00 pm.
  • Serenity Space: Mermaid Waters. By appointment only.

All treatments are local and in person. A 15-minute buffer is kept between appointments to support preparation, cleaning and client care.

Cancellation notice

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. This allows time to adjust the schedule and offer the appointment to another client.

Late cancellation and no-show fee

A 100% cancellation fee applies when a booking is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.

The same fee may apply when a client does not attend without notice. Any rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

How to cancel or reschedule

Please contact Reiki Bodywork as soon as possible using the contact page, or call or WhatsApp +61 448 663 367. Include the booking name, appointment date and time, and whether you wish to cancel or reschedule.

Late arrival

If you arrive late, the session may need to finish at the original end time so the following appointment is not delayed. The full booked price may still apply.

Refunds

Approved refunds, less any applicable cancellation fee, will normally be processed within 5–7 business days. Bank or payment-provider processing times may affect when funds appear in your account.

Packages and promotions

  • 369 Re-Launch Package: three 60-minute sessions for $207. Available to purchase during August only. Sessions expire on 30 September.
  • Priority Pass: five 60-minute sessions for $500, valid for three months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
  • Emergency Services and First Responders: ongoing 10% discount with valid identification presented.

Package sessions remain subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling conditions. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be treated as used where the 100% cancellation fee applies.

Health and treatment suitability

Please advise Reiki Bodywork before the session about information reasonably relevant to safe treatment, including illness, injury, pregnancy, allergies, recent surgery or medical care. Reiki Bodywork may recommend postponement or request suitable medical clearance where appropriate.
