Cancellation & rescheduling
24 hours’ notice
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
100% late-cancellation fee
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time incur the full booking fee.
How to make a change
Use the cancellation link in your confirmation before the cutoff, or contact us with your name, booking date, time and reason. Eligible refunds, less applicable fees, are processed within 5–7 business days.

Permanent 10% discount with no expiry. Valid identification must be presented.
